Request to add a notification function based on total monthly operating hours

We would like to see a function implemented to notify team members when the total monthly operating hours per project reach a specific value.

We are currently checking the monthly total operating hours for each project at our company using the "Time Entry" display on the report. We have regularly checked it to ensure that the limit does not exceed.

Examples of the desired function;
- If the monthly operating hours for "Project A" is set at 50 hours, all team members will notify when the total working hours for the project reach 40 hours.
- The value at which notification sent can be set for each project.
- The "billable" and "non-billable" options can be selected (since we only want to count the operating hours of the "billable" tasks).
