Feature request: transfer time between tasks

Hi, it happens quite often that I start a time on one task and then realise half way through that actually another similar task is where my time would be best spent right now.

Or i'll start a meeting on one task and we get onto another task. 

It would be great to subtract/transfer time accumulated on a timer to another task with a button rather than doing the arithmetic in my head and transferring the time manually
