Hi Wrike whanau (family),
Those of our team who have Android mobile devices are unable to take screenshots of the app (attached photo of the error message).
This is particularly annoying when Wrike support team asks for screenshots of the app yet the user is unable to do so.
I'm not an expert on Androids.
Does anyone else have this problem and how have you gotten around it?
Do you know if Wrike can fix this, and how easy would it be for them?
I understand a third-party app may be an option for the time being.
(I realise I have found a solution by taking a photo of another phone instead but this isn't possible for all our team, as they work around New Zealand.)
