See ALL tasks assigned to a User

Hi Marj Downey! There are various features in Wrike that can help you check all tasks the user is assigned to.

1. You can use the "assigned:" Workspace Search command to find tasks that are assigned to a specific user.
   
   
2. It should be possible to choose several Spaces/Folders/Projects in the Report. If the option is not visible for you, please double-check how it works in the incognito mode of your browser. In case the issue persists, please let us know, and we will reach out to you via email to continue troubleshooting.
   
3. You can create a Dashboard Widget and filter it by the assignee. You'll need to check the “Include tasks from Subfolders” option to make sure that all tasks that are shared with you are taken into account. I just go to the Shared With Me section, Filter by the Assignee's Name, then click Show "Tasks from Subfolders".  It will display all tasks assigned to them regardless of the Space/Project/Folder it's stored in.  I do the filter first, before showing all tasks from subfolders, otherwise Wrike will spend a ton of time pulling Alllllll the tasks in the system.
