Indicate what changed in description field
I know I can't be the first one to request this, but I couldn't find another post about it. It would be SO GREAT if when someone changes the description field there is a record of what was changed. I believe that I read you could see this in the streaming view, but when you follow a gazillion things and then have to go back and try to find something, it's really hard and time consuming. There are many instances when I've need to see what a person changed, not just who changed the description.

Hi Robin Hayes! It's possible to check the description field's version history by clicking on this clock icon:
Once you click on it, you'll see the version history window that will indicate the who/what/when changes:
