Activity log
A feature that may be missing in Wrike is a user-based Activity log.
Many views (e.g., Workload sections) have UI bugs/lags sometimes. It happens very often that someone accidently moves a task (change date or assigned person). However, it is not clear what happened and how to undo it.
Therefore, Wrike needs an activity log that a user can access and that lists all activities the user has done in recent time.
"What tasks have I moved? Where did I comment a task? What tasks have been deleted by me? Which task did I assign to somebody else?"
This is crucial to minimize the errors that happen due to UI bugs. Does Wrike have such a feature?
To me, this describes the functionality of the "Stream" section in Wrike, using the Filters pane to narrow down from Everything to only My Conversations. Stream from Home Page shows everything everywhere, no matter what Space it's stored in, vs. Stream View in a Space shows only items from that Space. Or further narrow and look at Stream View from a specific Project.
Hi Sebastian Nemetz, as Meredith Selden mentioned you can use Stream to have an overview of the activities or create an Activity Report periodically to check on any changes. Please let me know if this helps 🙋🏻♀️
