Guest Review | Additional Features Request
Our Team is currently using a review platform that offers features that Wrike Guest Review currently doesn't. Requesting for the below 3 features:
- Generate a link that can be shared with many (internal & external) stakeholders with ease. Our reviews involve a high volume of stakeholders that our Team's need to provide quick / efficient access to (vs. manually typing emails / names each time).
- If a Wrike Guest Review link is forwarded to additional stakeholders (who may not have been set up in the initial Guest Review), there is no way of knowing who the feedback is coming from (as feedback will be received under the Reviewer assigned who is forwarding the link).
- Is there a way to create a pre-set group of Guest Reviewers, who are reviewing assets on a recurring basis?
- Additionally, it would be great if Internal and Guest reviewers have the ability to attach documents / reference images as part of their feedback when reviewing creative in Wrike
As we are transitioning away from our current Review platform and moving to Wrike it would be great for the above features to be considered to make the transition easier on the teams and their reviewers / stakeholders.
This would be an awesome add-on. I even wish to add guest approvers to the project itself so you just can add the approvers from a list from that specific project. And also the ability to let a task get a new status if rejected or approved by guest approvers.

Would the above request submitted require 60 upvotes to be put on the dev team's road map? I've added one more bullet point for a functionality that our Team would need to make the transition to Wrike Reviews (Internal / Guest) an easier sell.

Hi Javeria Arshad! Not exactly - the 60 upvotes threshold is required for a post to receive a product status. The next steps are up to the Product team - they review the feedback we're getting via multiple sources including this Product Feedback forum and it helps them form their plans. Hope this helps!

This feature would be absolutely huge for our team, as we have several stakeholders that need to review files, and that group changes regularly, so it's easier to share a link than add people to reviews and/or request then to create accounts.
This added enhancement would be great for our team as well. Do you know if this will be implemented soon? Giving guest approvers the ability to attach documents / images as part of their feedback is so ideal and needed
