Wrike Not Showing up in Mac OS 10.15.7 Notifications

Has anyone run across an issue where Wrike is not under System Preferences >> Notifications in Mac OS 10.15.7? I have a co-worker running 10.15.6 & it does show up. I have another co-worker running 10.15.7 & it does not just like me.
