Close trial account

I opened a trial account, but now need to close it in order to be set up properly under my company's account.

Hi Sarah Payne, and welcome to the Community!
 
To close your account, follow these steps;
  1. Click your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the Wrike Workspace. 
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
  3. Click "Settings" in the left panel.
  4. Scroll down to the "Delete account" section.
  5. Click "Delete my account". 
Make sure you save any data that you'll need for your company's Wrike account before deletion, as all of this data will be lost otherwise.

I want my wrike subscription cancelled. I have a week left before my trial period ends but I do want to cancel my subscription

Can't delete my trial account. The subscription window does not allow that. Very bad design.

Hello,

I opened a trial account but need to cancel it because the company I work for has an enterprise version for which I can't get notifications.

I don't see a cancel or delete option under any of my profile settings.

I opened a trial account, it has expired. I need to delete it in order for my company to add me to the enterprise version. I'm not able to access the settings tab on the account.
