It is possible to query for overdue Tasks via the API. Here are the commands you'll need;
curl -g -X GET -H ‘Authorization: bearer <TOKEN> ’ ’https://www.wrike.com/api/v4/tasks?dueDate={“end”:“2020-06-22"}
curl -g -X GET -H ‘Authorization: bearer <TOKEN> ’ ’https://www.wrike.com/api/v4/folders/<folderid>/tasks?dueDate={“end”:“2020-06-22"}
