I have a project to track issues in a product. The customer, who has collaborator access, fills out a form with the information on the issue, and my team gets working on it. I'd like to be able to create a report that will show open issues (or assigned tasks, however you'd prefer to think about it) by the following criteria:
- Time spent in X status with the longest time period appearing before the newly assigned ones.
Is there a way to do this in reporting or dashboards? The idea is we can see the oldest items by priority so we can jump on those first. A report using the created date/time only goes so far, because the customer could retest something, determined it failed, and assign it back to us. In this case I'd like to track this item when the status changes indicating it is my responsibility.
