BI Export Issue: Task Effort incorrect in work_task table

I noticed an issue with the effort column in the work_task table today while creating a report.

Effort on Tasks with more than one subtask is incorrect.

For example:

• Task effort expected = 2 hrs
• Actual Task effort = 10 hrs
• Task has 5 subtasks with no effort

If this is the desired behavior I am planning to fix it on my end with the following formula. I just need to know before finishing my report.

If task has subtasks

   then Task effort = Task effort + Task effort x (count of subtasks -1)

else Task effort = Task effort

Tasks without subtasks work fine.
