Request form - Telephone # Option
When creating forms you get to choose what type of Question you are asking, i.e. Short Paragraph, Number, DropDown, etc.
I would really love one that is for a Telephone number, so that when the number is entered it comes through the task as a phone number, not 10 run-on numbers. i.e. 480-454-4154 vs 4804544154.
