Create/Upload a Flow Chart

Flowchart/Visio integration would be a great addition. 

I use visio quite a lot and agree here.  Flow processes are developed in Visio and shared amongst the teams.  Would be useful for guides to be included as a teaching resource for users that are customised to our workflows.

If you have a real need now for viewing/editing graphic shapes like flowcharts, try Powerpoint. It's easy to use, reasonably good at graphics/shapes editing.  It's available widely with MS Office and Wrike already supports online-editing (through Document Editing module).

For viewing-only, you can use any screen grabbing tools.  Copy and paste it directly in Wrike, or using PDF if you have a mean to create PDF. All browsers support graphic format like JPG or PNG viewing.

VISIO is a paid package and it's not yet free or publically open format - as many proprietary file format out there. Once you started using Visio, you'd be stuck with it for editing.

Consider how your users would consume those graphics; view-only or editable, and the cost of the editing software.

You might consider OpenOffice Draw - which is free and can be edited online in Wrike (user must have the software installed).
