How to keep filter settings project/folder specific

The Situation

In Project A, we need to see All Tasks

In Project B, we need to see only Active Tasks

The problem

When we set filters on Project A to see All Tasks, and then go to Project B, the filter settings for Project A are transferred to Project B

So, we need to constantly manually change the filter settings for each project or folder we open.

The Question

How can we make the Filter Settings to stay specific to each Project or Folder we work on?

Hi Eric G,

I don't believe it's currently possible to set a default filter by folder/project, or to make filters "sticky" within any individual folder/project.

I found a related request in the Product Feedback section where you might want to add your vote and comments. Check out https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115002720769-Default-Filter-per-project-folder

Have you tried to setup a dashboard with two widgets for these two projects. This way you can see both projects with the project specific filters side by side without having to navigate to different screens?
Worth a try.

Hey Ryan, thanks for your response. 😊

So, I take it there's no way to have projects with their own independent settings?

Your workaround would work if I only had 2 or 4 projects, But we're more likely to have hundreds of projects.

Imagine we're auditing or having a quick look through them, and we would have to change the filter settings manually for each.

Thanks again for your response. Very kind of you :)
