Please Allow Us to Choose our "Billing Type" when setting up new projects

Love the new billing feature! However, we would like to be able to set a default "Billing Type" for my company. Most of our projects are "non-billable" because clients are on a monthly budget plan. Please allow us to adjust this so we don't have to change it each time we setup the project, thanks!
