Wrike Blueprint Notify Assignees Not Working

For some reason, when my team is pushing blueprints live and saving them in a folder within their department Space, there isn't a Wrike notification notifying the assignees in the Blueprint. The Notify Assignees button is checked but it still doesn't work. This is a problem! HELP.
