Auto 5-Star Rating on Wrike Training Videos

After taking the course "101 Welcome to Wrike" (link below), I was prompted to rate the course. I did not give it a 5-star rating, but when I returned to the course overview page, a 5-star rating had been recorded. Not sure the implications of this, but if Wrike isn't getting the proper feedback they're asking for, this bug could be why.
