Mass download attachments of several tasks or folder
We are an agency that produce and file a lot of content for our clients. Some of them want cloud storages like SharePoint to store their documents in one place. These clients have folders consisting of 2000 tasks, each containing multiple versions of the texts within.
Being able to download all attachments within a folder without having to open each task would save dozens of hours.
Depending on your folder structure you may be able to do this. Try going to your top level folder where all the files are located and click on the file view. This shows you all the files that are within this folder and you do not need to sort through all the projects or tasks.
