Status Changes Not Overwriting the previous one

Hi Support,

I noticed that when the assignee changed the status from In Progress to In Review, it will overwrite the In Progress status comment and time stamp. As a result, we only seeing the In Review status comment with time stamp. 

Is there a way to keep them separated and not overwriting each other?
