Request forms - prevent answers and page headers from populating to request

I like that page headers on request forms are optional because they tend to make our requests messy. However, setting up a complex request without them is very challenging. Is there a way to add page headers in the request form that do not populate to the request?

This also goes for request questions. We use a lot of questions to redirect requests but do not always need the answers included in the requests. Is there an option in the request form builder that allows for a question to be asked without the answer populating to the title or description?
