Marking tasks with high priority

I'd be very convenient if tasks with high priority could be marked with an exclamation mark, for example, in the inbox. As well as to add an up arrow icon so that they can be the first to read. Such kind of filter "tools" are needed.

I agree with Svetlana Sleptsova.  When faced with an inbox of 30-40 entries, it would be great to be able to attend to the Urgent or important comments / tasks first.
