Visibility of shared tasks in Blueprint

I know Blueprints are still in labs and therefore they may have some bugs (which is fine). But I'm curious whether anyone else has experienced this issue.

I have begun to create some Blueprints and have shared them with my team.

Problem 1 - I had to share each parent level project/folder individually. I couldn't just set it to default share all Blueprints with my team.

Problem 2 - For any parent folders/projects that contained subfolders the subfolders and their corresponding tasks could not be seen by my teammates. They can see any tasks within the immediate parent folder but not within the subfolders (nor can they even see the name of the subfolder) even though those show as shared also.

Anyone else experiencing this?

@James Hi, welcome to the Community 🙂 Sharing works in the same way for all other Folders and Projects in Wrike: they are created private by default, but you can share them with your team while creating them. After you shared everything you need with your team, they might need to refresh their Workspace before they are able to see the new items. Please let me know if that helped or whether you need to speak to Support, I can raise a ticket for you 🤝

I am also having this issue!  Is there any way we can default all blueprints to be shared with the team?

Hey Isabella Schrader,

One workaround for this would be to create a parent folder shared with everyone in your workspace containing all your blueprints. This way, everyone will be able to quickly access them in one place.

If you need any further assistance be sure to let me know 👍
