I am writing for suggestions...We are using Wrike as an issue/incident tracker and it's working very well. We are a Health Care organization and unfortunately sensitive PHI can be included in these issues/incidents. Patient name or Acct # can be included with a submission or attachment currently. We do not want to violate any HIPAA regulations, but this information can be vital in solving the issue. Is there a way to "hide" a custom field or information so that it is visible internally? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
