Safety for Delete Form

I'd really love an "Are you sure?" or a secondary pop up of some kind when managing forms. The Delete and the Duplicate are so close to each other and one slip of the mouse - poof - there goes your form and it's not recoverable. 

I really, really would love this. Thankfully I learned my lesson on a relatively un-complicated form!
