Can I link a request form to an existing task/project?

Hi

We have our process set up for our campaigns teams and need to add in our CRM colleagues. We need to submit a data brief to the CRM colleagues for an existing piece of work from the campaign team. Is there any way to submit the form but link it to the existing campaign?

We don't know who will be working the task so can't just assign the work and add in the brief to the task and want this to go through a request form process so it can be audited and assessed.
