Hi Kathy, I'm not 100% sure if I'm right here, but I think you're looking to add some customization to how tasks are listed.
Take a look at this post where some people talk about using Prefixes and the available sorting options. Drop back here if I've got it wrong and I'll be happy to discuss 👍
