Keyboard shortcuts for toggling a bullet list?

Are there keyboard shortcuts for toggling on/off a bullet list? I know once you have created a bullet list, tab and shift-tab will indent in or out, but I haven't found one for creating a bulleted list.

I want this feature also! We hold lots of our documentation in Wrike descriptions and it's tiring to always manually click bullet lists. 

Command+Shift+8 or Command+. are pretty standard in any tex editor these days.

There are currently no plans to add new keyboard shortcuts to Wrike on the short-term roadmap. If there are any updates in relation to this suggestion, I'll be sure to let you know.
