Eric - for reporting bugs I have a Wrike request form setup.

The actual folder it goes into has a custom workflow similar to common statuses:

- new

- assigned

- resolved

- reopened

- Closed

- duplicate

Our software bugs can deal with several different teams so we have that indicated on the request form itself. Each entry tags the bug into a specific triage folder being watched by our tech partners. From there, it has a very similar WF to what Peter has here.
