Automatic Link between Custom Field and Salesforce field

We use Saleforce as our CRM platform and there is a lot of information in there that we now had to manually duplicate and constantly update on Wrike as well.

Is there way to automatically link a salesforce field to a Wrike Custom Field. This would be extremely valuable to our organization.

This will depend on the type of integration you're using. For example, if you're referring to Wrike's native Salesforce integration described here, it doesn't prescribe a way to achieve that. However, you should be able to do that if you build your own custom integration using Salesforce and Wrike APIs. Here's an API method in Wrike that allows creating Custom Fields. Then you can make calls to Tasks' or Folders' endpoints to add/modify values for these Custom Fields.
 
BTW, we're also working on the brand new Salesforce integration which is based on triggers. In the new version, it should be possible to achieve your desired result. We'd also like to test out your new integration with Salesforce! The current integration, described here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/210323745-Salesforce, doesn't help us much.

Do you have information on how the new beta integration is supposed to work?

We are looking at using the API to update dates from Wrike into Salesforce.  Information about the new integration would be very helpful.

Hi guys, the testing period for this actually ended - my bad 😇

At the moment we decided not to move forward with the beta and it will be soon discontinued. I'll post back here when I have more news about new potential solutions 👍
