Salesforce and wrike integration user issue

I setup integration using my salesforce admin and wrike admin credentials. We were told that collaborator accounts would not work as the login credentials for the wrike widget. Therefore we created a single wrike user account for all salespeople to use to log in. It worked, however, it gave the salespeople the ability to edit and create tasks. (not what we wanted). We then read that a collaborator account could connect the wrike widget for a user. We switched the salesforce-wrikle account we created from a user account to a collaborator account. That appeared to work, but not for everyone. We reverted to the wrike user permissions for the account, however, the ability to see anything in the wrike widget has stopped. Not sure of what to do now.

What would be best would be that each salesperson who has a collaborator account in wrike and a user account in saleforce would authorize the wrike widget with the collaborator account and not have create and edit capabilities other than adding comments and changing statuses.

Thank you, Hugh.  Our issue revolves around integration with Google.  All of my staff have both personal and professional google/gmail accounts.  When loading a G-Suite file into Wrike, the "picker" automatically defaults to our professional goggle account.  However - every time we try to access a connected file, the default is our personal google file.  Many of us stay signed in to both throughout the day, so having to sign-out is cumbersome.  Is there a way to tell Wrike to default the professional account for opening, as well?
