New Workflow predefined sections order change

In the board view all columns are not fit to the display wide and usually we need to drag the task from in progress to on hold state. So to avoid scrolling, this two columns should be close to each other. Now next column to in progress is completed. I propose to introduce change order of predefined sections of new workflow from active-completed-deferred to active-deferred-completed. We have several active and deferred states of task and need to sort them in board view without scrolling the screen.
