column titles
can i change the column titles in a folder from New, In Process, etc. to titles specific for the folder?

Hi Joan,
If you're referring to the task status seen in Board view, this is controlled by the workflow that is assigned to that folder. If you are the administrator, you can create a custom workflow and change the workflow for that folder or have your account admin do this if your team decides on a more appropriate set of workflow states. Let me know if this helps or if you're referring to something different.
