Video Proofing with Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive
I'm a huge fan of the platform but the big limitation as a video editing agency is the monthly video upload limit of 3gb per person to Wrike.
If that could be increased that would be great, but the best solution would be to attach directly from Google Drive or OneDrive and then still be able to use Video Proofing and Approvals.
Would this be possible? NEED THIS!
Yeah, not being able to proof files from Google drive may be a deal breaker for us. It's an extra step that we have never had to do and is causing issues syncing, etc.
I agree. Or allow us to ADD ON disk storage purchased in 100GB or 1TB increments.
This is also our #1 concern. Since our entire production house uses google drive for storage.
Hey Wrike team,
Can you let us know if this has been discussed internally? Having YouTube is great and works well, but most organizations do not upload to YouTube for proofing purposes. Being able to attach or link a Dropbox video link and have the ability to proof like the Youtube feature would allow our entire video team to get into Wrike for approvals (they currently are using email and sending Dropbox links). We would also have an advantage of adding other units around our university to Wrike as well for video proofing if it could be done through Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Thank you for letting us know!
Hi all, thanks for your input and feedback here, it's much appreciated!
As this suggestion hasn't reached the 60+ threshold, it's yet to receive a status, but the interest in this has been passed on to our Product Team.
If there's anything else we can help with let us know 👍

This would be huge for us as we do hundreds of videos per year, and have had issues with running out of storage in our Wrike account.
Same here, we're halfway through a relatively slow month and have already reached our upload limit. Especially for agencies that produces short form content this is creating problems. We can't link YouTube Shorts to Wrike and proofing with google drive doesn't work, so we have to upload them directly in Wrike there's now way around it..
Hi Joke De Swert, welcome to the Community and thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm passing it on to our Product team👍🏼
