[Answered] Resource Leveling

Resource Leveling: making an employee unavailable certain times of the day for workload view or having a recurring task that shows when resource leveling WEEKLY. Mainly, if I have an employee who is working on a task every Tuesday from 8-11am for 9 weeks, and I make it recurring, WRIKE will show the employee unavailable for the next week, but will not show it for the remaining 8 weeks outside the next week, which shows the employee is available to work from during those Tuesdays.

I need to show the employee UNAVAILABLE every Tue on the workload view

@Jeff Hi there! The Workload shows tasks which have been created, when you make a recurrence, only 1 task is created upfront by default. If you increase the number of tasks created upfront, you'll see more days marked off of the Workload View. To create more tasks upfront, just click on the three dots in a task's upper right-hand corner, click "edit recurrence", and you'll see the options to create more tasks in the bottom-left of the recurrence setting options. Let me know if that helps!
