[From Wrike] Centralized Spaces Table: Manage All Spaces in One Place!
DestacadaHi everyone ๐
Iโm Slava Kogan, Senior Product Manager at Wrike.
Iโm excited to introduce a new way to keep your Wrike account organized: a centralized table where you can view and manage all your spaces in one place.
Clean up, power up!
The new configuration table gives you a single view of all spaces in your accountโpublic, private, and (for admins) locked. You can easily review, search, sort, and manage spaces, helping you keep your workspace tidy and up to date. With new permissions, account owners and admins can manage all public spaces, even if they arenโt space admins. This means you can quickly archive, unarchive, or delete unused spaces based on useful data points.
How to access the Centralized Spaces Table
- Click your profile image in the sidebar
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Navigate to Spaces under Account Management
- Youโll see a table listing all spaces created in your account
From this table, you can:
- Search, sort, group, and choose which data fields to display
- Create a new space (if you have permission) by clicking the + Space button
- Open space settings, archive/unarchive, or delete a space based on useful data points like โlast activityโย
Who can use this feature?
- Account admins and regular users with permission to edit spaces can access the table
- Regular users can manage spaces theyโve created or where they are space admins
- Account admins can manage all public spaces, as well as any spaces where they are admins
-
On Enterprise and Pinnacle plans, the Manage all public spaces permission can be granted or revoked via user types in Account Settings
Good to know
- Admins canโt manage locked spaces unless they are already added as a space admin
- Archived spaces canโt be edited until unarchived
We hope this update helps you keep your Wrike account clean and organized! ๐ค

This looks super useful โ especially for teams managing multiple spaces across departments or brands. Having a centralized view like this will definitely help with governance and consistency. Looking forward to trying it out!
I love this new implementation, thank you so much.
Would it be possible to display also spaces where I don't have access rights, just to know they exist and who the admins are? I sometimes get asked for help from colleagues that work in private spaces and I have no idea who created it.
Florian
I agree with Florian it would be helpful to also see the spaces that we do not have access rights to, in order to have a full picture of all spaces and be able to direct queries/reach out to the appropriate space admins should there be opportunities for streamlining use of spaces.ย
Hi Florian Kislich and Craig Lansley,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. For now, admins who have permission to view public spaces (enabled by default) can see public spaces as well as any spaces they manage.
Our product team is currently gathering feedback on this functionality and considering potential improvements for the future, including those related to permissions. However, at this time there are no clear plans to introduce a permission that would allow account admins to view all private spaces. Rest assured, your feedback has already been shared with our team. Thank you! ๐
