Formula custom field is missing the "Applies to" option
Today I noticed the Formula custom field type doesn't have the option to apply the field to only projects, projects and folders, or projects, folders and tasks. All of the other custom field types have this option, so I'm curious why it's missing for Formulas? I double-checked other Formulas I have set up in other spaces and none of them have the option either.
In this specific example, I built a project prioritization scoring system using RICE + a Strategy modifier. All 5 custom fields that power the formula all live in the same space. I want to apply this Formula to Projects only, just like the others but the option isn't available.
Can this pretty please get added as an option so formula fields don't clutter up the 1,600+ active tasks currently tagged to our project space? 🙏 Thank you!
