Track Automation Actions
Automation rules can be so helpful, but also irritating, if something unexpected happens.
To avoid discontent, I suggest adding a comment with each Automation Rule that reveales who created it. So even users without access to the Automation Engine know who's responsible for the action that just happened and they can approach you with their concerns.
Example: Add comment: [Action taken: ... , rule created by ... in Space ...]
