Automation not adhering to workflow

When an automation is used to change the status and approvals are in place, these approvals are transferred to the new status and do not align with the specified workflow.

The status change should complete the approval process upon change to a new status and the workflow rules should be adhered to when you use automate to change status.

The workflow requires one of team to approve before changing status. All persons are assigned as approver.  An automation changes the status to as soon as one of them approves.

In this case the workflow status change does not finish the approvals of all the others, but leaves them in place, although the next status does not require them, or has a different approver assigned.

Automation below.

Hi Folkert Kaman,
what you said it's correct.
In automations you would need an additional action, something like "Remove the other approvers" that is missing in Automation Tool.
You can do it by using Wrike Integrate.
