Workflow descriptions
Hi team,
I think it would be super helpful to have descriptions available for our workflows.
We have 23 workflows that I inherited from the account that the previous Wrike admin on this account had created and part of our cleanup is going through these workflows to see if any need to be edited, deleted, or consolidated. While it's great that they have names (and we hope these names are clear), it would be even more helpful to have a description field that can be viewed from the admin settings to understand what the original intent/purpose of these workflows are.
We have separate documentation on a team Wiki page, but that doesn't always capture everything and is seldom maintained; there was no information left for me regarding workflows and when they are used, for example. The more internal descriptions we can have within Wrike, the better :)
I love this idea. Myself along with one other Admin have been trying to clean up the workflows that we made, and even though we made them, we are struggling to remember the "whys" for each one.
Ashley Fischer Same! And thanks for your support. Especially with people having left the company over the years and with lack of proper documentation, I've been struggling to understand the "Why's" for each too, especially since there are many workflows that are quite similar.
