Include Additional Creation/Modification Details in Request Form Settings
Hi team,
I have a suggestion for Requests Forms, specifically the backend that admins have access to in their accounts.
It would be awesome to have more details into the creation and modification of Request Forms. Currently, we only see:
It would be beneficial to have more information, similar to what we see for Custom Fields, for example!
Specifically:
- Author to better identify who created the RF in case we have questions
- Created (date) to understand how old the RF is
- Last edit by this already exists, to know who edited it last
- Last edit (date) to understand when the last change was made
Oftentimes, we are trying to identify RF-owners for questions and want to understand when the last changes were made. It's great that we can see who edited last, but let's take it a step further 😃

Anna Giacobbe I like this idea! The only thing I would want to change from your suggestion is that "Author" should be "Owner" and re-assignable. Some legacy forms were created by folks no longer employed with the company, so a "transfer of ownership" would be great to have.
Steve Mruskovic love that! Or simply have it as an editable text field. We have documentation on a Wiki page that lists out all our forms and the owner(s), but it's another place to update and people are in Wrike on a daily basis, not necessarily in our Wiki. That said, having that info in Wrike where we'd expect it to be makes it so much easier to get that info :) thanks for your suggestion!
Thank you for your brilliant suggestion on enhancing Request Forms. Adding details like the author/owner, creation date, and last edit date would indeed make tracking and identifying Request Form owners easier.
