PDF output and Setting the task assignee

If there are hundreds of tasks in one project, when outputting as PDF, the sheet becomes too tall and difficult to read, and the display is truncated and date information disappears. Is it possible to divide the PDF into multiple pages and display the date on every sheet like in Excel's page settings?
Q2.
If I need to assign external personnel to tasks, such as for a factory construction project, I would like to assign them to each task without registering them as users or collaborators. Is it possible?
In addition to the existing ability to select registered users or collaborators, we believe that the app's uses could be expanded by allowing users to freely enter contact names.
This would be great. Our current workaround for this is that we created a text field called "Task Assignment" and this allows us to put anything in the field, Wrike user or not. Sometimes we would use the assignee field to identify the wrike user who is responsible for following up with the outside user and keeping the task updated.

I have been able to create a custome field and assing any name I wanted.
I hope that further customization of Wrike will increase its versatility in the industrial field.
