Calculating time between specific workflow statuses
Hi, I'm looking to generate a running dashboard/ report that calculate the time a task spends from the moment a certain status is set, until it is complete.
Example workflow status:
New Request > WIP 1 > Review 1 > WIP2 > Review 2 > Approved
I want to be able to calculate the time from the moment a user sets a task to WIP 1 status, and until the task is set to APPROVED status, in working days only (Monday to Friday)
Is there a means of doing this in reports somehow? At the moment the Time Spent logs from the moment a Task is created (which could be days/weeks in advance of when the Task is actually started on, and also includes weekends).
I would also like to be able to create in the report somehow an average of days spent per task for a group of tasks. (say if there were 15 tasks in one release, I want to get an average number days spent per task from those 15 tasks)
I believe this would have to be done through Wrike Analyze, I don't think this data is exposed for normal reporting
