POST Email Comment
Hi, is there a way to define the type of comment in a POST request? I can see the type field in the response parameters, but am trying to see if there's a way to post an email comment as opposed to the default internal comment

+1 on this request. We have a workflow where we get tasks created by external parties via a public request form and would like to automate a response using an "email to requestor" comment.
Here's the reply from our Support team regarding this thread: it's possible to post an email comment is through the email integration. It is also possible to post regular comments only via API.

Email integration works in the UI, my requirement is to use the API to post a comment to the email requestor as per Matt's original post.

Thank you for the upvote, Dan C and Jason Hearne 👍🏽 To reiterate the response from our Support team: the only way to post a comment to the email requester is through the UI. It is only possible to post regular comments via API.
