Add the ability to calculate an SLA based on the values from Impact and Urgency custom fields

It would be extremely nice to have the ability to create an SLA based on the results from Impact and Urgency custom fields using a single choice dropdown question. The SLA should then contain a SLA end date and SLA end time. This is a highly important funcionality for IT departments for internal support requests.
