Consolidate files not added through "update version"
We have many users who struggle to understand and utilize the "upload new version" to keep proper versioning succinct. This often leads to lots of files which gets confusing to find the most recent.
It would be nice to be able to drag 'n drop the files that are already uploaded but not versioned into a version stack, thus consolidating the number of files and keeping things organized.
