Searchable Custom Field Input for Request Form Submissions

The dropdown of custom field options in request forms can become too long to scroll through. Can you add the ability to search for a specific item from the list when inputting the request?

This is the same functionality that exists within a task/project already, the ability to search within an individual custom field for a specific item. Hoping to have the same search applied in Request Forms.
