Opening files with extension .msg

I understand that Wrike on a Mac doesn't open a file with the .msg extension, but on a Windows one it could open it in Outlook directly, instead of offering to download the file. It would be helpful also if pdfs could open directly on Acrobat, instead of causing a new page with the file to open. At least it could open on a different tab, so both the inbox and the pdf could be left open at the same time.
