Welcome email for a new team member

Before we start the onboarding someone new to our Wrike account, they get an email.

The email covers the following:

  • Why Wrike
  • Why they are being invited to Wrike
  • What they should expect to see (folders and/or projects) once the accept the invite (Sharing=Seeing)
  • Basics about Wrike
  • How to navigate
  • What type of role assigned to them
  • Quick links to Wrike videos

It's not always easy to change the way we work but this looks like a great start for onboarding new team members and Wrikers!
