For our group, it would be very helpful if a task or project title could be created from a concatenation of mult-source responces within a request form (ex: date + question + custom field + boiler plate form text, etc).

Thank you Greg and Cansu. Our feedback is very similar. I am not sure I would want to limit the source data to only custom fields, though I understand the benefits, Should I delete this request?
